1) Am I eligible to apply for a Gerald Henning Loans loan?

You can apply for between $100 and $2,500. Each loan is for a fixed term but our flexible overpayment plans

if you repay earlier than the loan term. Your repayment dates under your agreement will always be set to your

6) Will I be credit checked when I apply?
Yes, as part of our commitment to responsible lending, we carry out credit checks on all new applications
submitted to us. This assists with fraud prevention and also ensures we only approve applications from people
who we believe will be able to repay what they borrow. You can learn more about credit checks and how we
use the information provided to us by Credit Reference Agencies (CRAs).

7) Will I need to send in any extra paperwork?
In the vast majority of cases, we will be able to complete your application online without the need for
paperwork. However, there are some occasions where, rather than rejecting your application outright if we can't
automatically verify your details,

8) Are there any restrictions on where I can receive the money?
Unfortunately, we aren't able to send funds to prepaid ('pay as you go' or 'top up') debit cards or savings
accounts. Examples of ineligible card brands include Ffrees Family Finance, Cashplus Freedom, Virgin
Prepaid, Orange, Kalixa, Pockit and Tuxedo.

9) When will the money be in my bank account?
Once approved, we will send your money within 15 minutes. If your bank accepts Faster Payments, then you
may have access to the money straight away, but it depends on how quickly your bank processes deposits.
Most banks operating Faster Payments will credit your account within an hour. Your bank should be able to
advise you more precisely as to when it will credit your account.

10) What if my bank doesn't accept faster payments?
Most banks do accept Faster Payments, but if yours doesn't, then you will need to check with them how long it
will take for our credit transfer to clear into your account.

11) Do you charge fees to send money to my account?
There is no charge at all when we transfer cash to your bank account. The only charge we ever apply is interest
on the outstanding balance of your loan.

12) Can I apply and receive money at the weekend?
Yes, you can. At Gerald Henning Loans, we process applications and loan requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, including on bank holidays. So whenever your application is approved, we will transfer your cash to your
bank account within 15 minutes of approval.

5) I've submitted the documents you requested - how long will it be until I find out if my application has been
approved?
We aim to check documents that are submitted to us as quickly as possible during normal office opening hours
and will email or text you to update you on your application as soon as we can.

6) I've changed my mind about having a Gerald Henning Loans - can I cancel my application?
Yes, you are free to change your mind at any point during the application process and we will stop your
application.

If you change your mind about your Gerald Henning Loans after it has been approved and funds have been
sent to your bank account, during the first 5 days after you sign your agreement with us, we won't charge you
any interest if you repay the loan in full, within 5 days. This is in addition to your statutory right to withdraw from
the agreement within 14 days of it being made, for which you will still be charged interest.

If you change your mind after the 5 days and before the end of 14 days from making your agreement with us,
any interest applicable, together with the funds in your bank account, will need to be repaid within 30 days of
the date you inform us that you wish to close your account.

7) My application has been declined - does that mean I will never be able to have a Gerald Henning Loans?
Whilst we may have declined your application for a Gerald Henning Loans loan on this occasion, this may not
be the case if you re-apply. We understand that over time, your financial circumstances may change, so we
would never exclude you from the opportunity to re-apply for a Gerald Henning Loans loan if you find you need
